In case you wish to receive a full refund, the jewelry must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
For an exchange, items must be returned within 3 weeks of purchase. All items must be unworn/unused and in their original condition.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

HOW DO YOU PACK YOUR JEWELRY?
All of my jewelry are being packed in a beautiful and cool labeled package.
If it's a gift for one of your beloved ones, i'll be happy to add a small note from you.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY STERLING SILVER JEWELRY?
The jewelry I’ve created for you is made of sterling silver, also known as silver 925.
To maintain the shine and integrity of silver jewelry, it is important to follow proper care guidelines. Store your silver pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in a tarnish-resistant cloth or pouch to prevent exposure to air and moisture.
Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may scratch or damage the surface.
When not in use, ensure silver pieces are kept away from perfumes, or lotions. For deeper cleaning, you can use a gentle silver cleaner or a mixture of mild soap and water, followed by thorough drying with a soft towel.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY GOLD PLATED JEWELRY?
The jewelry I’ve created for you is made of high quality nickel free gold plated brass.
To preserve the beauty and longevity of gold-plated jewelry, it is essential to handle it with care. Store your gold-plated items in a soft cloth pouch or jewelry box to protect them from scratches and tarnishing. Avoid direct contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals, as these can cause the gold plating to fade or wear off over time.
Clean your gold-plated pieces gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and oils. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or rough fabrics that could damage the surface. For occasional cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, followed by thorough drying with a soft towel.

All of my jewelry are hand made by me.
Once your order is completed, I typically need 5-10 processing days to craft your piece to perfection.
Domestic shipping (Israel)- Shipping takes around 2-5 business days to arrive to you from the moment I ship your package.
Worldwide shipping- 7-29 days business days to arrive to you from the moment I ship the package. Tracking number is provided.
